Hi! I'm Asha Chai-Chang, a Production Accessibility Coordinator with disabilities and over 20 years of experience in the Entertainment and Media Industries. I worked on Emmy-winning projects and have been recognized for my contributions to major studio productions in publications and at The White House.

An Accessibility Coordinator is a professional responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a production are accessible and accommodates individuals with disabilities. We provide training for employees, employers, cast and crew members about Deaf & Disability cultures. This includes implementing practices, policies, and resources that promote unifying the collective, enabling everyone to participate fully in the creative process.

Worked on the Producers team alongside the Director and client, Apple, to ensure accessibility on set and consult on ideas for proper representation of people with disabilities. We assisted with hiring opportunities for crew members with disabilities as well to best serve the production.

As Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility policies changed throughout corporate america and entertainment programs, I continued to work with productions who saw the importance and helped them save their bottomline while creating a unified presence and enriching experience on sets. Amazon's "Unstoppable" Film based on Champion Anthony Robles | Cast includes Jennifer Lopez, Jerrel Jerome, & Don Cheadle

We provided Accessibilty Consultation and Coordination services to Amazon Studios as well as Ben Affleck & Matt Damon's company, Artists Equity, throughout the production from the days of filming before the Industry strikes to coming back to set through completion. Since then the film has premiered at TIFF and named "#1 Movie on Amazon Prime". We are proud to uplift disability representation among Afro-Latinos and sports.

ABC/ HULU "Good American Family", Accessibility Coordination provided by Love My Productions

"Good American Family" is a female-led and disability amplified dramatic tale starring Ellen Pompeo (Grey's Anatomy), Imogen Faith Reid, and Mark Duplass. Along with the star-studded supporting cast members including Dule Hill, Christina Hendricks, and Sarayu Blue. Authentically casted for both apparent and non-apparent disabilities from main cast to extras and stunt performers. Love My Productions was honored to lead accessibility for it's entire first season which aired on Hulu in early 2025 and is poised as an Emmy contender.

"CONTOURS" Vimeo Pick for Deaf Awareness Month

Honored to serve as the on-set Accessibility Coordinator for "Contours", which took home Second Place Win at Academy Award Qualifying Slamdance Film Festival. This film continues to assume accolades for it's inclusive and expansive storytelling.
